DMCA Notice & Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

To submit a takedown notice, email dmca@example.com with the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on our service.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent statutory elements (identification of removed material, good-faith statement, consent to jurisdiction, signature).

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
