DMCA Notice & Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a notice
To submit a takedown notice, email dmca@example.com with the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on our service.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent statutory elements (identification of removed material, good-faith statement, consent to jurisdiction, signature).
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
