1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listing2 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listing2 provides a technical tool that allows users to input URLs from third-party platforms to retrieve and format data for personal or professional marketing use. Listing2 does not own, curate, or verify the content provided via these links; the Service acts as a passive intermediary for user-directed data retrieval.

3. User Representations & Warranties

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the property, vehicle, or asset described in the provided link, OR you are a licensed selling agent with express written permission from the owner to utilize these assets.
  • You possess all necessary copyrights or licenses for the images and text contained within the provided link.
  • Your use of this Service to retrieve data from a third-party platform complies with the terms of use of that platform as they apply to you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Retrieve content for which you do not have legal rights or authorization.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Engage in any activity that would violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Listing2 respects the intellectual property of others. We do not permanently store or "re-host" third-party databases. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our designated Copyright Agent at deniz@spacerunners.com for immediate removal.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Space Runners, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims resulting from your breach of third-party Terms of Service or any infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service or the actions of third-party platforms in response to your use of the Service.

8. "AS IS" Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Listing2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
